Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
We use ZoomInfo integrated with Salesforce to identify missing information for accounts and contacts in Salesforce. We also use ZoomInfo to identify potential prospects and identify decision-makers that we should be speaking with at these prospects. This has allowed our sales team to ensure that they are reaching out to the correct contacts and has increased sales efficiency.
Pros
- Integrates with Salesforce to show update to data Account and Contact information.
- Easy to add Accounts and Contacts directly to Salesforce.
- Search for specific contacts that would be a prospect for us.
Cons
- The problem with all list and data companies is ensuring that the data is up to date, ZoomInfo is not perfect but has been the closest I have found. Continue working towards ways to ensure data is the most up-to-date as possible.
- It is always hard to tell if "my" information is correct or "ZoomInfo" is correct until I try one and fail and then try the other. Would be nice if there was a way to test or confirm data before trying and then checking for updated information.
