Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo Sales

It takes a while for an AE and an SDR to understand the functionality and start using it to build their account book, understand the alerts that come in, tweak co-pilot messages to make them more effective and people tracking needs to be updated regularly for new personnel and remove personnel who are no longer relevant etc.
ZoomInfo sales. It is our primary source for account IQ, intent, and contact sourcing. The primary objective is to understand which accounts and AEs or SDRs should prioritize from their account book based on intent signals, website visits, and aspects most likely to result in a purchase. Additionally, the people tracker option enables us to target new personnel in our accounts, track alumni movement, and approach them in their latest accounts.

Cons

  • While intent is good sometimes it is more a generic result based on keyword searches.
  • People tracker gives very limited results, sales NAVIGATOR is better here.
  • Better account book targeting.
  • Intent based approach gives better conversion.
  • Alumni tracking has given the best conversion.
My team has benefited from reducing the time spent on secondary research to understand which accounts and prospects are likely to engage. Their messaging is more targeted based on intent data, and the co-pilot helps design messages easily. The CRM update is automatically done, so there is significantly more time for my AE and SDR to spend on prospecting rather than account research.
