Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo SalesOS
I use ZoomInfo SalesOS for prospecting to find new decision makers in the industries we serve within my geographical territory. In addition to prospecting, I use it for calling and emailing prospects directly from the software where I can see who has opened my email and clicked on the links I embedded in the email.
- Finding prospects who are actually looking for software like PeopleGuru.
- Tracking emails sent for open and links clicked
- Calling the prospect directly from the contact profile
- On occasion the contact data seems to be off, bad numbers, or contact no longer there
- Adding Cannabis to the industry list

- Finding cell phone numbers that were not available using other methods has increase my first calls
- Being able to track the open rates has increase my efficiency in contacting prospects
I prefer ZoomInfo SalesOSo over Saleforce for the many reasons I listed prior.
