Overall Satisfaction with Zscaler Internet Access

In our organization, Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) is in use for most devices in the org. This includes mobile devices. We also use DLP on all our egress, including the default route and GRE traffic.

Pros

  • Identifies risky sites for browser isolation.
  • Identifies inline sensitive data using DLP.
  • Protects against zero-day threats.

Cons

  • Perhaps we could devise a way to perform SSL inspection on mobile devices.
  • Worked incredibly during the COVID pandemic for remote users.
I gave Zscaler Internet Access this usability rating because, in my experience, Zscaler Internet Access is Very seamless. End user is typically not aware of it.
