We have used one more job boards platform of LinkedIn. That is used directly to connect the candidates only. We didn’t contact them directly, but the ceipal ATS has a candidate database (contact number, email ID, and resumes), so we can use that quickly to get the results that.

Zoniac is not a user friendly tool to track whole candidate status like, submissions, interview and availability

JobDiva also offering similar option but we are unable to integrate applications in it

Ceipal ATS is giving all the basic and important features to save recruitment process time and most of the Ceipal ATS users addressing all the client openings within turnaround time

I heard that people use other ATS tools for sourcing the profiles and maintaining the some standards. I would strongly recommed them to use Ceipal ATS atleast once in their life, then definitely they will love it to go with Ceipal ATS. There is no other choice.

the only reason we use Ceipal ATS is that integration of various portals and easy user interface, its very useful for client submission and find out the duplicate resume and scheduling the interview. where other ATS where we don't get much user interface

Comparing to these ATS I had selected Ceipal ATS because it is so user friendly and it has a lot of specifications in it. It consists of lots of good and highly skill candidate profiles in it and Ceipal ATS provides the best features, Functionality and support making it an ideal choice for us during sourcing the candidates profiles.

From my experience JobDiva use only had internal database and it is used for Submission, Interview and Placement marking, While Ceipal ATS has integrated with Job portals. So it's much better than any other ATS. Multiple users can login at a single time without any concern, I don't know whether other ATS have this facilities.

I got a chance to use Zoniac in my previous company. We can upload multiple candidate profiles same time. But, the process duration is too high and we can use internal database and we can submit the profile to Account Manager or the client directly. We can do mass email but, there is no integrated search when I was using it.

Ceipal ATS helps to customize the profiles for the job posting and targeted candidates. In pro hires it won't help to customize the candidates for independent candidate sourcing and we have to add the vendor list to get a large number of profiles. AI Matching candidates in Ceipal ATS is more efficient than others.
