15Five vs. Perceptyx

At first, it was a little much to continue reporting each week. Then, as time went on, it was more helpful as I was using it as a tool to accomplish and complete tasks that were listed. There have only been a few weeks that I was unable to complete a weekly report, but all in all, it has made me more aware.

I think the software is well suited for targeted feedback for large organizations. I think product marketing teams could use the software as well. I think it competes directly and does a better job than SurveyMonkey. The platform feels more mature. I think this would work very well for politicians to be able to use to invite constituents to provide feedback on local, state, and national govt.

• The Pulse Check feature is both easy to use and allows staff and management to gauge how team health is.
• The metric and key performance tools are very well designed.
• Automated reminders and reporting are great features.

• I really like the customizability of the platform. As a user it is easy to navigate and provides ample opportunity to write in reviews.
• The ability to save information on the platform is great. So users can stop and start a review at their leisure
• I really like the ability to email to remind users to finish a survey. This keeps users engaged and reminds them to finish.

• Questions are repetitive weekly, though this may be a function of our administrator, and not the platform itself. Answering the same questions every 2 weeks is an awful lot like the movie Groundhog day.
• Give employees at all levels visibility into the "How are you feeling" score to get a pulse on the entire company at once.

• Offering suggestions on how best to provide feedback in comment boxes. Perhaps forcing the creators of the surveys to list examples to help reviewers
• I think having emojies would help as well instead of the standard language.
• Perhaps adding a mobile platform for customers to send out to their workforce

This program is the absolute best I've ever used in 30 years with organizations. Not only do I enjoy being a user and "filling it out" every week- but I would personally buy it if available for goal tracking in my personal life I love it that much!

It's very simple to use - not overly complicated. You wouldn't need training to use. There are some features I never use because I don't understand -- like one on ones. However we use without and still find a lot of value in it!

The 15Five support team is amazing. They were always willing to speak with me when I did something wrong in the system and never had a harsh or placing judgment tone in their voices. They respond quickly and promptly and allowed me to learn something new each time I cross lines with them. I am thankful for their knowledge and customer service they shared with me when I needed it.

Very helpful webinar training. They answer questions, the slides are all very helpful, and they send you the presentation once the webinar is complete so that you can share with your team.

I used Achievers a while ago and it was only limited to rewards. 15FIVE really makes a difference, it's real engagement for businesses and provides a lot of structure. I also love what they preach in their social channels as we are constantly learning from their podcasts and blog posts.

I like Perceptyx because it feels like a more mature platform. This is what the executive team at my company has used to survey. The ability to integrate into email platforms to send out to the whole organization is valuable, and the ability to save answers gives employees time to think and carefully provide the best answers to the survey questions
