Overall Satisfaction with 15Five

We are a small company without an HR dept. 15Five is how we check in with the team and discuss anything that needs to be addressed!
  • Pulse ratings: How are you feeling?
  • High fives: Who is doing a great job?
  • I feel the, "what are you doing this week" questions aren't useful for us and end up being a little redundant. Could make those optional. I prefer long term goal check-ins.
  • One on ones: not really sure how they work.
  • Saves money on HR staff.
  • Less turnover when we are actively using.

15Five is excellent for our company—we do not have HR staff and most of us are generally very busy. This is a good way for us to check in with each other and make sure everyone is feeling good about their job/nothing is slipping through the cracks! It's difficult to get people to use it and fill it out every week, but when they do, I think it's useful.

Using 15Five

15 - This ends up being our management one on ones and HR dept in one!
Everyone is responsible for filling out their one on ones every week -- no one really monitors outside of this.

Every time I have called or needed to contact support they get back to me immediately and are very helpful. They also offer educational webinars to help businesses implement 15Five and troubleshoot any hiccups. They are wonderful to work with.

It's very simple to use - not overly complicated. You wouldn't need training to use. There are some features I never use because I don't understand -- like one on ones. However we use without and still find a lot of value in it!
