Overall Satisfaction with 15Five

15Five is used by our entire organization, and was rolled out in 2020. It addresses our business needs for establishing OKR's (Objectives, Key Results), weekly goals that align with our annual and quarterly OKR's and managing our progress. Most importantly, it allows us to communicate our progress is an effective, powerful and simplistic manner to drive productivity.
  • Provides a simplistic and systematic way to update weekly goals that align with quarterly goal setting that correlates to established annual OKR (objectives and key results).
  • Keeps you on track to drive after, document and modify the tactics and achievements around your performance.
  • Cues you to respond weekly with reminders that you look forward to completing and sharing with those who manage you/ colleagues.
  • Drives documentation of your progress, tactics and completion of important work performance.
  • Motivates you to stay on pace, and also thru the HIGH FIVE function to acknowledge the good work of your team mates!
  • Saves time- Positive ability to easily communicate weekly progress to goals and saves time in verbally overviewing "every big and small thing" you accomplished in a given week upward.
  • Documents performance thoroughly- making it easy to evaluate yourself weekly, quarterly and to summarize annual performance evaluation submissions.
  • Intuitive- Cues, Reminders and ad hoc questions allow for form and function that is easy to use- print- save- record.
  • SIMPLICITY- Tracks last week's recording and allows you to carry forward tactics and or modify easily. Captures prior weeks so they are at your fingertips to pull, compare and review.
I have worked in Fortune leading companies, small start ups and leading healthcare organizations of every size and stature over the last 30 years. Never have I had a program I loved and looked forward to each week like 15Five. There is no comparison!

Using 15Five

1 - This system is super easy to learn, train on, use and administer. We've found no challenges to have a singular point of contact for questions in our organization.
  • Performance documentation (weekly, quarterly, annually).
  • Celebrating your achievements and those of your colleagues (HIGH FIVE).
  • Intuitive reminders that cue responses for updating goal attainments.
  • Information sharing on performance/documentation on performance.
  • Historical weekly tracking of updates that are printable, sharable and saveable!
  • Link for HIGH FIVES to be captured and shared on a separate Slack channel to recognize colleagues!
  • As tied to annual performance reviews for documentation and as a framework for performance discussions.
This program is the absolute best I've ever used in 30 years with organizations. Not only do I enjoy being a user and "filling it out" every week- but I would personally buy it if available for goal tracking in my personal life I love it that much!

Using 15Five

So simple to be trained on, learn and use on a weekly basis. The simplicity of 15Five while being thorough in ability to capture documentation is what makes it so great! It's also FUN, AND INSPIRING (and surprises and delights you by queueing up random questions each week that are thought provoking).
