Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud vs. Amazon QuickSight

The services are easy to learn and manage. The support team is very competent and resolves my issues that come s up easily. As a business partner, they are proactive in offering solutions and help to improve what we are doing. They are always there for engineering solutions that we are not sure how to do.

Amazon Quicksight is a truly cloud-based solution so it works perfectly fine and saves a lot of expense in terms of hardware and maintenance. We can maintain it by ourselves by giving commands on UI. If you have connectivity issues then it can cause headaches because it's a cloud platform and it's a bit costly as compared to other services

• The website is pretty slow and will kick you off sometimes. I know they are working on this. For now, this is the biggest problem we have with Acronis.
• Their support team isn't great. It can take a while to get an issue resolved, although issues do not happen frequently.

They recently raised the pricing for backup usage and our price has nearly doubled. It is still lower than some other vendors, but we might review other options before renewing next year.

The platform is quite intuitive and centralizes many functions into a single console, which facilitates the daily management of all clients. However, some sections—such as the RMM, security audit reports, or the Awareness service—could be more comprehensive to enhance the overall experience. Reporting is way easy with QuickSight that helps us to understand the performance of campaigns effectively and so does the performance of sales individual. Price! All the services have low entry points and then hit you with big fees. Acronis Advanced Backup provides better management and control of your cost then the other services we evaluated. We have tested a number of solutions not on the list that have are price competitive, but the support was lacking.

All of the other reporting platforms my organization has used previously were within our CRM and not a standalone program. In that we were very limited in being able to slice and dice the data the way that we wanted to

• Overall the recurring revenue coming from Acronis, will help us to increase revenue and margin, without investing in new hardware and save on energy-cost.
• It is time consuming to implement Acronis into our system and train our employees. With this there is also cost involved, but we believe in the long-term investements we make here.
