Fusion Web Clinic, headquartered in Greer, South Carolina, offers their Fusion pediatric therapy practice management software, designed to allow the user to fully manage their practice, all in one platform, with modules to support scheduling, billing, and business analytics.
It would be well suited for an initial user. If you are starting a practice and have nothing in place, it might be great. However, if you are a current EMR user of a different platform and have more than a hundred patients; don’t waste your time. This is a hands-off company that, in my opinion, will do nothing to support your efforts. We have a practice of 11,000 patients and would have had to hire 2 FTE’s to print all the patient data and upload it individually.
Fusion Web Clinic has been such an upgrade from what we were on. Onboarding was easy and Fusion Web Clinic is a great platform for anyone in therapy to transfer over to. It's easy to learn and operate. The pricing is competitive and actually saved us money. We were previously on another very popular PT EMR, but the additional charges to add in billing and payment management was too much.

Reports - previous EMR's have had limited reporting, Fusion Web Clinic offers the ability to customize or create reports for almost anything you could need
Scheduling - the ability to search for openings, color coding, and all around schedule customization
Billing - electronic claims billing is a breeze, entering new payers and being able to bill takes no time at all

Would have loved to have one point of contact at all times and have that person answer on the third ring (see, this is me really reaching--because as far as my job functions were concerned, the product was absolutely fantastic. I have no complaints).
Working electronic insurance error reports in the system was a nightmare.

I've only reached out a couple of times and after being bounced around a few times I simply asked for our internal team to look into the particular question I had. I believe they had some turnover at the time but my experience wasn't great.

ADP AMD is much easier to learn and navigate than most all of the systems I have worked with, including Greenway and Centricity. The only thing I liked better in Centricity was the ability to run more customized reports, but overall, I would choose AMD any day over those two.

Tracking patient scheduling has improved our productivity imensely
Insurance rejections are practically zero as Fusion Web Clinic scrubs claims before you send them
Our denials are easy to turn around as Fusion Web Clinic has the notes right in the claim, it takes 2 minutes to correct the claim and send it right back out to insurance
