Agiled is suited for submitting contracts and getting them signed quickly with the help of their public links and digital signature features. It is also well suited for submitting invoices to clients and getting them paid with their PayPal and Wise integration. Organizing and keeping track of a large database of clients and leads may be difficult since the CRM doesn't currently support email and message tracking per client but does offer multiple clients per project which is helpful for managing complex projects with multiple team members and clients.

Oncontact is an excellent software/service, and it covers a tremendous breadth of usage scenarios. The customization means that customers can adapt it as they see fit. About the only place where I don't see it as a great fit is in minimal implementations. A lot is going on, and using it for small tasks isn't the best use of the software.

Plutio is great for the individual who is constantly on the go, managing a wealth of online information and projects. I can see those who work in education, such as administration, or technology coaches/teacher coaches using a platform like this to stay organized. Freelance or consultants would also benefit as it can manage your digital self.

  • While the ability to customize is great, it is a little lacking in the visual GUI department. But thats more of a personal preference than anything else.
  • When choosing dates and times for tasks and projects I think the input method could be a little less clunky.

The company has been using Oncontact for some time now. Many of the business processes require the use of a CRM software package. It helps solve some pretty serious problems, and overall the cost is very justified. Also, the developer is very good at keeping it up to date and introducing new functionality.

Agiled
While some of the book keeping features of Agiled have helped me to keep my business in order and provide contracts and invoices to my clients online so we don't need to meet in person every time, the main reason I bought Agiled was to keep track of leads and client communication to better understand what is and isn't working in terms of lead acquisition. This has not been easy since Agiled still can't track communication well and is still clunky when viewing and organizing contacts. I hope it will improve as the team behind it seems to be working hard.

Plutio puts work into real contribution, allowing me to connect with the team with white-label collaboration. It is an all-in-one platform for me to manage all tasks effectively. Consistently, it positively impacts work and overall growth by adding encouragement. I have only needed to reach out for support once and got a quick response. There was an issue with the Mac app, but I knew it was in beta. Leo, the owner, was quick to reply thanking me for letting him know about the issue, that the Mac app is still in beta, and that I can use the web version in the meantime until the bug was fixed.

  • Oncontact provided many, but not all of the features of Salesforce.com. However, the complexity and cost involved in Salesforce.com was an overriding factor for us to use Oncontact. Not just the initial and licensing fee, but it seemed that just about everything we wanted to do involved consultants or more work or licensing. Oncontact was easier to implement out of the box, even when we did need to make customizations.
  • We looked at Microsoft 365 Business, and while it was comparable in price for the initial cost, the integration with our other software systems was not built-in, so we did not pursue it very much.

I have tried Suite Dash, Agiled, FlowLu throughout the process of finding a tool that fits our business the best. Plutio was the easiest to deploy and use by far. The other systems had more features and capability but was pretty difficult to learn how to use and set up. We were up and running with Plutio in a matter of hours with a business process, rather than a spreadsheet and an independent proposal and invoicing process.
