I would have thought ApplicantPro would be good for lower level positions such as accounting clerks; however, I have not had much luck finding qualified applicants for these positions through ApplicantPro. I'm not sure if this has to do with a software or the current state of affairs in the US with COVID-19.

  • While Applicant Pro interfaces with many HRIS platforms to streamline onboarding, unfortunately this option is not available for us (though I'm not sure if that's Applicant Pro's fault or our HRIS provider's fault).

  • Alongside has a goof ROI as it got less competitors on recruiting domain
  • Profile shortlisting is entirely based on the company's requirements , so if we have a software for that like Alongside that would be great
