Some actors are very expensive and offer limited value - $120 / month before event charges? That's insane. The monthly price also isn't listed in the main search screen, so you need to go in manually to each actor to ascertain how much it really costs
Some actors often break after a while and you need to start searching for new ones... but I guess that's the price for relying on 3rd party actors in your marketplace
The review/quality process isn't great to navigate when looking for a new tool.
More from a development perspective. It is always difficult to use the properties features. It takes a while to understand how the data/variables can be used across an integration.
Dell Boomi should also invest more on API Management and not just seen as a ETL,ESB tool.

It's the best because you can just load in a limited amount of money and limit your financial exposure to using a tool like this. so renewing isn't a big consideration... i know that i'm going to need the tool in the future and i'll load it with money accordingly when im ready.
Dell Boomi has provided us with the ability to connect our campus together using our various existing platforms. There are many supported features and have yet to run into something that we cannot do. Its user interface is very intuitive which would allow users to begin developing fairly easily. Can be better better usage and better guides. For a platform so great, there are so so many ui/ux usage that can actually help in the retention of the platform’s users.
Though with some usage you start getting around as well. But it does require some time to segment the right actors
My IT and Finance teams have noted that setting up the tool is a breeze. Dell Boomi has never caused an issue during a system implementation that I am aware of. We are pleased with the tool and recommend others consider it.
The atom sphere takes a time to load, when I open a process or when I open a log. One more slow processing is when I import objects from NetSuite.
About the performance of processing, it looks like Boomi takes a time to initialize some things such as connectors before starting the process. This is also performance we have.
Boomi support was responsive and knowledgable, however being a closed cloud service, it doesn't have good community support. We found the learning curve to be steep and there aren't avenues like google, forums, or blogs that provide community driven insight into the product or how to go about designing solutions using the tool
Apify does its own thing and delivers value based on its core features, but I still rate Apify as my number one platform for finding and using web scrapers. In terms of how it stacks, I use Apify alongside Bright Data for web research workflows.
