Articulate 360
Articulate 360 is a great authoring tool for beginners. It has a very clean user interface and makes creating courses a breeze. You don't need to have much experience as an instructional designer to create a great and professional-looking course. I would recommend it for instructors who want to create intuitive courses available on many different platforms.

Anyone seeking an IT certification, particularly from ISC2, ISACA or another security focused organization, will find these offerings a great resource. For someone trying to build a specific program to train their people (e.g., elements of cybersecurity, network management, system administration), it's a little tricky to find and combine available courses and/or career paths, but the end result is great.

Pros
Articulate 360
- Ease of use/ability to learn how to use features
- Clean and simple design output makes it easy for learners to navigate through courses
- Freedom to create what your imagination can dream up
- Community Support from e-learning heroes is great! Any issues are normally resolved with the community within a day and articulate staff still follows up.
- 360 is always being upgraded and improved with character bundles, image/video content, and new feature roll-outs.

- Provided a detailed map of the courses and what you need to learn/practice to keep up the pace.
- Instructors were responsive and available during and after the course.
- Course pricing was on the higher side compared to other companies, but the value for the higher premium still pays dividends to this day.

Cons
Articulate 360
- More flexibility to customize the look and feel of Articulate Rise templates (think of position of corporate logo and colors in quizzes)
- A functionality that I would love to see is A morph transition
- The JavaScript trigger can’t be used in preview mode. This really slows down the workflow when working with JavaScript

- Honestly the only negative I've had was the test prep book sent as part of RHCSA Boot Camp. It seemed the author rushed publication to address the release of RHEL8. Unfortunately he left containers out completely. I think this has been sorted in a later edition.

Overall I can't fault Articulate 360. Sure, there are always enhancements that an individual user would like to see introduced, but generally speaking the usability is second to none.
Articulate 360 offers something for users of all levels. It can be friendly enough not to turn off novices, but has enough about it to keep the professional coming back for more.

Because the skills learned from the course have proven to be beneficial in the day-to-day tasks that I typically perform. They are either directly related to or at the very least a complementary skill set that allows me to perform my duties overall in a more beneficial way to the people that I support.

It took forever to get someone to respond--either by email or by phone--directly to a pricing and licensing question. It is unfortunate that a company that has such potential as a streamlined course building/authoring tool not only missed the boat with service but also proves itself to be all fluff and no substance.

Articulate 360 has the total package vs the other tools. If you just wanted to do video, you can use tools like Camtasia. Another elearning tool I have tried is called Viewlet Builder. It was a very stripped down version of a Storyline type software where you could create and produce elearning modules as well. Articulate 360 has pretty much all of the capabilities of the other kinds of elearning development tools, so you pretty much only need one suite instead of compiling a toolkit of mixed software

I am in cyber security and this domain required me to do some internationally recognized certifications and infosec skills had helped in clearing these certifications. Their training instructors was awesome and practice questions quality was great. With the help of infosec skill i had cleared CISSP and CRISC exam. I experience, Cybrary on the other hand has less certifications preparation options as compared to infosec skills

- So far we have been able to implement a host of interactive eLearnings that have received a widely positive reception from our learner base! It has some glitches but everyone is mostly happy with it and seem to learn a lot.
- Rise is so easy to use that I can whip up a course as easily as I can whip up an outline, so usually, I just dive into course creation and share that as my "outline." This helps me get work done faster.
- Being able to review my work with the 'Review' tool has allowed us to collaborate much more quickly, which has DEEPLY benefitted one of our big revenue-generating projects last year.

- Excellent path for me.
- I have access to the education I want to be a better professional.
- In February, I was promoted to security analyst and I had at least the basic knowledge thanks to Infosec Skills.
- I have never been in touch with pentest labs or skills, and now I've been taking the courses in Skills and I know what is all about.
- Now I'm getting a solid knowledge in risk management thanks to the offer I got in Skills.
