Docebo is a SAAS/Cloud platform for e-learning, also known as a learning management system. Docebo is available in 30 languages. While the primary users of Docebo are midsized companies, it is also assessable for large companies and SMEs.
I like the way Axonify provides chunks of information to the learner by overwhelming them by dividing them into bite-size content. The learners don't have a lot of time to give to training, so Axonify has helped has provided just in time training to those teams. It's very much …
Each of the above has its use and I selected Axonify as it's a unique tool that is in its own segment. It meets the needs that other tools, LMS, or learning libraries do not.
There are so many training platforms and increasing numbers of non LMS training platforms that it can be very difficult to figure out what is best for you. It's been a while since I did all the research that led me to Axonify, but below is a short summary of the pros and cons …
Docebo had a better account manager at the time who actively explained and answered all our questions even before we signed any contracts. The other system providers would only do the same once we've signed. Additionally, in terms of capabilities, it was clear that Docebo was …
Docebo Learning Platform keeps audit records of when admins update course content, but Workday allows skill tagging. Workday also makes it easy for administrators to insert quizzes into videos, which is tracked directly in the system. Both systems lack AI integration and other …
Learning has been offered by this great product. I have not been able to use different learning platforms in my entire working experience. Docebo Learning Suite has been perfect, and every skill gained has [a] huge impact on our production. Acquiring and starting to work with …
We replaced cornerstone with Docebo [Learning Suite] mainly due to the user experience and the navigational friendliness it offered to our employees. We used to struggle to explain to employees how to find their transcript and where assigned learnings were located and now in …
We chose it because it is one of the most complete online learning platforms on the market. It is multilingual, easy to use and understand, and you can organize, distribute and follow online courses for business learning. You can deliver courses to your employees throughout the …
We selected it because it integrated with Adobe Connect for our live virtual classroom content. As we are no longer using Adobe Connect, we are beginning to consider other systems.
Well-suited to the original purpose of delivering questions on a daily basis; everything beyond that gets complicated. For example, there are a number of program types available to deliver information (certifications, daily reinforcement, self-directed learning, assigned paths, etc.). However understanding how they all fit together requires advancing weaving together of multiple types of programs for individual groups, and requires more time than you would expect. Nearly 3 years into working with Axonify, we are still trying to iron it all out. We also have side groups of customers who meet to help each other because we all struggle with it too. We have a hard time helping our leaders and subject matter experts understand what is possible and what doesn't work well in the platform, since it is so different and doesn't work as expected. For example, communication to teams is one way - the recipients can't respond.
Docebo [Learning Suite] is a great tool for hosting content when you have a clear idea and path of how you want your users to engage. Essentially, the UI and experience is beautiful and the navigation for users really beats out many other learning platforms but you need to be very deliberate in designing the paths for employees to take. You cannot expect employees and users to intuitively figure out what they need to do within the system. This is a key drawback. What I love is content curation from external sites such as youtube, linkedin, and uploaded videos that can launch all within Docebo -that for us is key to track how much engagement were getting where we couldn't have that on our previous platform.
The user interface is well designed and for the most part very intuitive.
Administration is fairly straight forward - I've used other LMSs that require intense concentration and pages of written notes to remember how to create and deploy a course - this is not the case with Docebo.
Docebo is an open system that has many integrations.
Issues with latency. Once training is complete, it takes a while for it to show up in personal records. This can lead to frustration sometimes when one training is a prerequisite for another.
LMS admin cannot proxy into another user's account.
Axonify is extremely easy to use, for both employees and managers. The platform is visually appealing, and Axonify offers a number of videos and tutorials for any administration and user functionality. The reporting is also very easy to obtain and review, with the ability to drill down to team and individual results.
It was somewhat easy to navigate, I still think that the UX could be better designed. I just thought that it was also hard to find course using the search feature. I still think its one of the better LMS I have seen, but I prefer Litmos over Docebo LMS
Axonify has been great for support. We have a dedicated rep but I have also just posted to the official user boards and gotten feedback as well. Axonify also has a conference every year that is a great way to learn. You can also become certified in Content or Administration with Axonify if you so choose.
The service is very slow often taking months to resolve issues. The CSM program is poor, with ill knowledgeable people not well trained in customer management with a lack of good follow through. This has been independently observed by several of our Super Admins as well as customers at their annual meeting. They say it has to do with growth, but this has been the case for years.
There are so many training platforms and increasing numbers of non LMS training platforms that it can be very difficult to figure out what is best for you. It's been a while since I did all the research that led me to Axonify, but below is a short summary of the pros and cons of the platforms I looked at and how I decided to implement Axonify.
Compligo- This platform was recommended by the Director of Legal and Regulatory when I first joined my current company. Its main feature is that they provide training on legal and regulatory topics (this is very important to my organization) however, it is a very old school platform, the training tended to be very long, and there was no element of reinforcement. It felt more like "check the box" training than education our workforce, so I opted to continue looking
Docebo- This was my second choice. Docebo is extremely similar to Axonify in the learning philosophy but ultimately I chose Axonify. I won't give my exact reasoning because I'm sure both platforms have made considerable updates since I did my research and I don't want to cause confusion by posting out of date information
Inkling- Inkling is a very cool platform, but not quite as robust as I knew I would need, although I'm sure they have added functionality since I last tested the platform
Docebo had a better account manager at the time who actively explained and answered all our questions even before we signed any contracts. The other system providers would only do the same once we've signed. Additionally, in terms of capabilities, it was clear that Docebo was able to hit all our use cases whereas the others would find it challenging/needlessly expensive to do so. Others would bloat the cost/double the cost for an internal-external setup. That, or they would not be able to data share across the internal-external setup. Additionally, Docebo was actively investing in AI/machine learning back in 2020, so we were able to see some parts of how it worked on their system, even before we became a paying customer.
Before, we could not accurately measure if people were really reviewing our monthly safety material or really reading our new policy releases. Now we have nearly 100% compliance.
Over the past two years since we implemented Axonify, we have seen a decrease of $200,000 in our workers comp annual cost. We expect this trend to continue or stay stable due to a staff that is more aware of safety.
We maintain our position as a San Francisco and Silicon Valley Best Place to Work due to our high morale and employee engagement level. 99% of our employees engage with Axonify an average of 13x per month. This ranking has made us an leader in affordable housing with some of the best staff members in our industry.
Our candidates were 30 percent more likely to get hired
Our candidates can cover almost 100% percent more content as they can learn on demand. My candidates are switcher rather fresher. Scheduling live learning sessions during office time was inconvenient for them
Our clients were angry why were we hiding these new candidates for so long🤣
