Overall Satisfaction with Axonify

Axonify is being used as an alternate LMS for our partner and workforce training. It is being used as the front-line training and communications solution. Our employees love the fun, fast personalized experience that Axonify offers so much so that learner retention is up a whopping 206% than earlier. The learners come back far more frequently as compared to the previous LMS used by the company. The super-rich AI-based content management influences the behavior of the learners and reinforces it to complete their respective courses thereby increasing productivity. Learner engagement was one of the biggest problems faced by the organization. Axonify's personalized experience comes in handy in solving these problems.

Pros

  • Divides course content in bit size so its easy to retain by learners.
  • Gamification makes it easy to provide rewards and reinforce behaviors of learners.
  • Admin is very user friendly and intuitive, can be learnt in a day.

Cons

  • Duplicating Learning path is a tedious process.
  • Some of our learners also had quality issues with video playback.
  • Categorization of learning content can be confusing in the beginning.

I like the way Axonify provides chunks of information to the learner by overwhelming them by dividing them into bite-size content. The learners don't have a lot of time to give to training, so Axonify has helped has provided just in time training to those teams. It's very much suited to our organization. Axonify is extremely easy to use for both learners and managers. The platform is visually appealing and provides a lot of video-based content to learn the platform for any administrative and user functionality. It is a unique tool in its segment, it meets the requirements that other tools, LMS, or learning libraries don't.

It is suited for any organization that is looking for engaging and ongoing training for its employees, partners, or customers. It is more suited for small-medium size organizations than large size organizations. It is very good for managing limited content. If the training has to be provided to a large number of learners then the platform may not be the most ideal as there is no way to bulk upload the learning content thereby making it difficult to manage a large volume of learning content.
