I think Bidsketch would work well for any small business or freelancer looking for a low-cost, simple to use proposal software solution. It's quick and easy to set up and provides everything you need for more cases. If you're looking for something with more flexibility or features that Bidsketch does not offer then you may need to keep looking.Incentivized
NiftyQuoter is so simple to use that when we have a new employee it is not difficult to train them ow to creat quotes. I also think that most customers appreciate the ease of navigating in NiftyQuoter. If you are pumping out between 25-50 quotes per week it is super easy to track them all as well.Incentivized
Pre-written proposals for many scenarios.Integrations with 3rd party apps.Own domain for branding.Incentivized
Is easy to create new proposals with templates, themes & modules based approach. It provides us data about what is happening on the client's side. When they reviewed our proposal, how many times, and who they shared it with.Provides good integration with many other apps, which help us save time.Incentivized
REALLY PRICEY for a small business/freelancer that doesn't do a lot of proposals each month. Would be nice if they offered a per proposal pricing for the smaller guys.Wish there was more customization of the design/layout to better fit in with branding. Also would like to be able to mark a proposal private.Incentivized
I personally wish there was a function to switch from a military time to a regular time like most people would use.I think that it could be more clear to the client as to where they need to go to accept the quote. Often times I will get calls saying they do not see an accept the quote option available.NiftyQuoter has a hard time for some reason remembering your password. It seems most of the time I have to manually type my email and password in and I wish it would just remember that for me.Incentivized
I'd say Bidsketch is very easy to use. I don't think most people would have any problem getting comfortable with this software. I was able to get up and running very quickly. Their template library is a great resource to get a professional proposal up and out the door fast.Incentivized
This Software is so easy to use we can typically train people on how to use the basics within an hour or two. Some of the more unique features will take longer but all in all, it is super user-friendly and I have heard very little otherwise from our team. I will say for me personally it is a truly great software that makes my work way easier than it would be without it.Incentivized
Although I didn't need to reach out to support much, they seemed to do a very good job. I've also heard great things about the team through people I've talked to so I wouldn't expect anyone to run into issues with regards to their support. Their support definitely was not a factor in my ultimately not sticking with the product.Incentivized
Anytime we have had any issues there team is very quick to respond and helo us through any issues that may arise. This is quite unique as much other software that we use if we end up needing assistance we either have to wait days/weeks for an answer or we outright get no answers from them.Incentivized
We used DocSend to track our outgoing proposals but after testing Bidsketch we never returned back. It is simply better suited for us as we send out tens of proposals every week and the professional output and management of proposals won us over.Incentivized
We used QuoteRoller and PandaDoc for some time before moving to NiftyQuoter. The difference in results, interface intuitiveness, and time saved was what made NiftyQuoter stick.Incentivized
The proposals do look professional (even if you can't fully customize to your brand) and make a great impression on the potential client. The cost of Bidsketch is prohibitive if you don't do a lot of proposal writing on a regular basis.Incentivized
Our proposals approval ratio increased by 30% since we started using NiftyQuoter. It is slightly more time-consuming than I would have expected.Incentivized
