NordLayer provides cybersecurity tools for businesses of any size or work model developed by the standard of NordVPN. NordLayer helps organizations secure networks and enhance internet security and modernizes network and resource access with technical improvements aligning with the best regulatory compliance standards. When I compared Black BerryUEM (formerly Good) with MaaS360 and AirWatch at the time, BlackBerry UEM (formerly Good) offered better integration into the network as well as better mobile clients to execute work. Access to 3rd party apps that can be used e.g., ability to …
Well, selecting Good was an organization level decision and not my personal one. I like Good from the security perspective and that it helps our IT department avoid worrying about data theft. Otherwise, from the perspective of user convenience, Outlook scores way over Good with …
Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security is better than any of the products I have used that do similar things.
There is a huge convenience to all the things Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security brings together in one place. Also, the speed and streamlining nature of Intune …
We use Apple MDM tools as well as manage our fleet of ChromeOS devices through the Chrome Enterprise Upgrade. All of these solutions work well for their own OS, but we find that Microsoft Enterprise Mobility & Security has the widest range of useful features that we need.
EMS integrates directly with Office 365. It offers multiple desired features in one product/subscription. It's difficult to do a 1:1 comparison between each product. OneLogin's pre-sales support was terrible and implementation was complex. Barracuda offers great email …
In terms of functionality, features, security and device management, NordLayer beats all other competitors we tested by a longshot. The backend of NordLayer is user friendly and simple. The new Cloud Firewall feature is great and allows for an added layer on top of our device …
I selected NordLayer against other VPN services based on commonly evaluated criteria. There are security features, a server network, speed and performance, user interface and experience, and customer support. For example, NordLayer provides a vast network of servers in various …
BlackBerry UEM is well-suited if you are looking for an all-in-one mobile security management platform. From the initial rollout and install of the software onto a device, to the deactivation and removal off the network, it works well and is easy to maintain. The one area where it could still use improvement is working with iOS devices, due to the non-native app functionality.
Overall it is well suited to a mid size Enviromint with a limited staff. If you have a limited amount of time you can dedicate to solutions then having one that is by default already included in the system and can be managed well then it makes for fast integration with low overhead
Azure AD Single Sign-On -- this is my favorite feature of EMS + Security. It is easy to setup and MS has simple instructions for most popular cloud services.
InTune -- the changeover from the old InTune Client/Silverlight Portal has been painful, but once you get Win10 devices setup with InTune, management is a breeze.
The browser plugin needs some work, or some research about what browser/OS restrictions may limit its functionality. Ours does not work at all even after contacting support so we do not use it
Toast/Windows notifications scheduled or deployed through admin center would be amazing. The ability to remind a user who has been disconnected for X hours would be a great feature
If given a choice, I would like to access office emails directly using Microsoft Exchange. Entering login passwords every five minutes seems painful and syncing of emails is not done in real time.
most features are pretty point and click simple. Some areas that are move detailed require some specialized training and knowledge to be able to navigate and get anything useful out of it. With some basic understanding you can gather tremendous amounts of data and have it available
If you have a serious issue with your on-premise installation, access to support can take a bit to get someone on the phone, and it can take some time to rectify, given the complexity of the software. In my experience, the support team does get you back up and running in critical scenarios, but you more than likely will be on some marathon calls, unless it is a very simple and known issue.
When I compared Black BerryUEM (formerly Good) with MaaS360 and AirWatch at the time, BlackBerry UEM (formerly Good) offered better integration into the network as well as better mobile clients to execute work. Access to 3rd party apps that can be used e.g., ability to synchronize and edit notes. This, however, may have changed in recent years.

In terms of functionality, features, security and device management, NordLayer beats all other competitors we tested by a longshot. The backend of NordLayer is user friendly and simple. The new Cloud Firewall feature is great and allows for an added layer on top of our device firewalls, many other VPNs have no such feature
Satisfied security requirements to maintain company contracts. Difficult to put a number down but the loss of a contract could imply the loss of a large sum
