Cardknox vs. Xoom, a PayPal Service (personal use only)

We use Cardknox differently than I imagine most people would. For example, we do not use their client database feature, as we have all that stored in our medical system. Another type of business would likely find that feature a big help. We are very pleased with Cardknox's service and support, which is not often required.

Xoom is best suited to send and receive money between two people who live in different countries, not only that we can also send money to our friends, colleagues, family members directly in their bank accounts. They have a great currency exchange functionality that directly converts our received money into our local currency, and deposits it into our bank account within a few minutes. The only drawback is that not many people know about it, it needs good marketing so that more people can use this service, and from my experience, I can say it is very secure and a good competitor of Payoneer.

• Very fast transfer and very secure as being of PayPal.
• Receiver don't need to download the app or use Xoom.
• It supports bank and debit card to transfer funds and same with the receiver.

• Every product can be improved, but as it relates to how we use Cardknox, they do everything we need.

• Some destinations take longer to get delivered to.
• Higher amounts of money are harder to transfer.
• High fees when trying to add funds to new card.

I don't see any other service that is so versatile and which offers such a breadth of services.

Cardknox is very user friendly. Patients young and old, tech savvy to technologically challenged, have all been able to use it!

It's one of the most easy to use and intuitive platforms. The app is very powerful as well.

The implementation was largely successful. Since this was a large shift from normal practices, we faced a few teething problems, but largely I'd say it went well.

We have used other card processors, but in my opinion, Cardknox is in another league. Their product works; it is easy to install; it is constantly being improved, and they have great support.

We agreed to select Xoom as the main payment method since it had more flexible options. It gives the user a full guarantee of transacting safely and when there is a conflict the customer support team acts quickly. The charges for sending and receiving money are relatively low as compared to other platforms. The mobile application has biometric login features making it difficult for unauthorized users to access confidential information.

• Patients are much more secure giving us their credit card information since we have switched to using Cardknox. They even have the option of entering it themselves to reduce any risk of the number being overheard to zero.
• It is much faster and smoother to find and charge a card when necessary.

• We have had an uptick in payment processing times.
• We receive payments from customers on time with no lag between invoice and payment dates.
• Overall Xoom has literally added to our bottom line by allowing more than a physical check payment option.
