Celayix vs. SherpaDesk

This is software that will be very useful for all companies since they will be able to control the entries and exits of their employees in their jobs, the hours worked, shift changes, and everything related to the performance of the staff. They will not have to worry about personnel planning because the software will do it.

[It's] well suited for cloud support applications as there's no installation or maintenance required.

• The control of time and absences, allows us to keep all payroll, payments, and control of days worked, in order.
• Its interface is very intuitive and easy to master, we do not need technical service for installation or use.
• The activities that can be programmed automatically, such as alarms, mailings, and other activities, and facilitates daily work.

• Ticketing is very fast & easy
• Tracking time is fast

• The no guarantee of temporary employees returning to work is a big concern and accountability is difficult

• Its ability to switch between tickets, assets, etc., is a little clunky. A static menu bar would be helpful.
• The ability to see the latest update in the ticket view.

We were given a dedicated customer service rep that is there whenever we need them. Emails are answered within hours and the knowledge base they have has many of the answers including easy to follow how-to's. We haven't run into any issues that can't be solved in less than 24 hours.

Celayix is a flexible and powerful employee scheduling tool with a secure online cloud used to create and edit schedules. It is the very best automated scheduling solution that allows us to manage the workforce digitally and it is a great resource for any organization.

When looking for solutions for our business, I personally looked at Aautotask. I am not the decision maker so I don't know what my boss looked at in full. Autotask seems good. It looked like it got a bit complicated and may be for very large enterprise customers. Just lots of features that we don't need.

• We needed to automate much of the shift allocations and this solution did it.
• The solution we picked had to have integrations such as Salesforce and Celayix has that.

• As a single freelance consultant Sherpadesk has exceptional ROI because it's free but if my company had more support people I would definetly go with SherpaDesk again.
