Seems like a great solution for web-based apps and sites when you want to communicate with your users in a fairly lightweight way. Users can "escape" from your guided tours relatively easily. Not sure how it would work for a combined web and mobile experience. Also, if you have a responsive layout, the layout of the guide sometimes breaks - you have to be careful

Zoho CRM Plus

Zoho CRM Plus is rich with applications to address sales, marketing, post-market follow-up, social media marketing, customer portals for addressing concerns. It is appropriate for larger companies with multiple users. There are many customization options. Tracking sales by territory, filtering groups for email campaigns by customer and getting data on open and click rates are great features that I use.I have not gotten a vote of confidence from our accountants to use Zoho for financial data, for example, billing and invoicing. So we still use QuickBooks and have to integrate

Zoho CRM Plus

  • Zoho CRM Plus is a powerful cloud based CRM which I integrate with Zapier allowing connectivity to hundreds of cloud based modules.
  • Zoho Campaigns is a huge improvement over my last CRM campaign and is easy to use and very visual based.
  • Zoho Analytics is something I couldn't do without as I've built detailed Dashboards for my clients with the Zapier interface providing the link to multiple data sources.

  • There are not quite as many interactive elements as I'd like to see, but enough to get the job done.
  • The general editing UI is good, but some of the elements could be easier to discover. You sort of have to trial-and-error your way to success.
  • Documentation is fairly light. If you really want to dig in, you'll find it lacking. Luckily support was awesome and fast.

  • Option for US support on some issues (while communication is good at most times, there are times when critical issues arise where a payable option for higher-level support would be helpful)
  • Filter to run emails through, like constant contact, to separate bad emails prior to sending.

It would be nice if the customer could tell Zoho what they wanted the system to do and Zoho create the system. This would take more time upfront, but would also help save time on the backend. We don't have evertything setup at this time. Some customer service reps are much more knowledgeable than others so I always try to ask for them. Some of the support staff are very frustrating to work with because they will change something and not realize they change something you needed. So, I've actually had them reverse some of their changes.

We had some colleagues try to implement WalkMe with their Single page app and it was a disaster getting it to work (it eventually did, mostly). Because we already use Segment, we thought we'd give Chameleon a try and it was very easy. I built my first tour in an hour or two.

Zoho CRM Plus

It is important to keep-track with the communications with client/potential customers. One of the key things is that Zoho CRM plus could integrate with mail box and meeting (online) activities. As a consulting company, our service quality is the key of success. With Zoho CRM, we are able to apply TQM easier as part of our daily operation.

  • Saved us time/money building extensive documentation.
  • Quicker to implement a few other solutions. We have access to an enterprise product for FREE, but we chose not to use it because implementation was too cumbersome.

  • One negative is having to pay per user. For a small company, this forces us to share accounts.
  • We have been able to make our own email campaigns using templates that are very professional, saving graphic design costs.
  • Lead generation is very sophisticated and part of our plan.
