Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM Plus

Currently, we use Zoho CRM Plus to input in track sales leads as well as current clients and project info.
We use a pipeline feature to track your project sales and the different stages of the sales process.
We also use as a normal CRM for all contacts' contact info and we tag individuals in the companies to be put on different email marketing lists.

  • Account/Company profile pages
  • Task/Reminder feature
  • Integration between CRM and Zoho Campaigns. Contact lists do no transfer over well.
  • Being able to mass select and mass delete contacts in CRM. This would have been helpful when we did an upload incorrectly before we fully learned the product and how we should have imported data.
  • Be able to tie account and contacts better without it being so manual. Wish accounts where called companies. Works better for our org structure.
  • We have been able to track leads and follow up better with everything in one place.
  • Easy to filter and find the contact info you need when needing it on the spot.
  • Struggled with email design and deliverability and the work flow between campaigns and CRM. This has been a big source of time.
Every account representative I have worked with has been extremely helpful and nice. You can tell the account reps and support staff truly care about the product and want to provide you with the resources that you need.
The response time is also fast for support inquiries and that has been a massive help for us.

The naming convention of different tabs in functions is not intuitive at first but over time you begin to understand the structure. I would like to see better walk-throughs and demos for industry-use cases. I feel like I had to conform to the Zoho way of tracking CRM data versus being able to create a solution that works perfectly for my business. There are probably resources out there already but more upfront training/help from account reps with setup could go a long way.
It has been good. We haven't had any billing issues and updating payment information is easy. Pricing and plans are transparent and easy to change if needed.
Zoho CRM Plus it was great for sales and having detailed account pages with all the data and information you need for client calls and sales tracking. The integration between Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns is severely lacking and I wish the email functionality was better. The workflows and user experience is not intuitive and I feel like you need formal training before diving in.
