Chanty is very good for networking messaging and low level collaboration between peers and colleagues. It's not great for video or voice calls or whiteboarding or file sharing.

Jira Work Management suits projects involving multiple teams, such as product development. In our case, the design, development, and QA teams use Jira to track tasks from ideation to deployment. Custom workflows and real-time updates ensure that all teams are on the same page, and the ability to link related tasks helps manage dependencies effectively.

  • It offers few integrations, there are complementary systems in the hands of a panel of activities with which we would feel more comfortable to work, a communication and planning system also needs a calendar and a file manager to be able to have them at hand.
  • Customer support is not the most efficient team, very rarely have I been able to receive answers that offer a solution to my problems.

As we are Atlassian users overall, this entire ecosystem is truly built from a 360 perspective. It becomes the one source of truth, and we can easily see where we are in our projects and where to emphasize focus in the upcoming period. There are some areas for minor improvements, but they are more a matter of preference rather than business necessity

I have been sent quite a few emails about functionality and support on a pretty regular basis, which is great. I have not had any need to contact support as the platform is pretty simple to use, it was easy to download and install and I have not encountered any bugs or other issues so far.

  • It improves our ROI indirectly, by having better communication and team planning, it has been possible to achieve commercial projects with much greater success. This undoubtedly increases our sales and satisfied customers.
