Overall Satisfaction with Jira Work Management (Jira Core)

There are several use cases in business problems that can be applied, since personally I use it to create a product backlog and a sprint backlog, so regardless of the scope, it helps us clarify what we will have to do and in what iterations. For example, when developing software, we break down into user stories what we will have to do over the next sprints.

  • Have all our projects within reach
  • Have a dashboard with editable columns to manage your work
  • Be able to filter by person
  • Be able to see past sprints
  • It is not intuitive the first time to use it
  • Create an interactive guide on how to use the software

  • The impact has been positive to have a roadmap available of all the work and to be more aware of the time, effort, and people that will be involved, in order to make a better decision about how our investment will look based on our benefits.
In a certain way, they are related in how to organize the information, however, working our information with Jira Work Management to have a roadmap makes it more professional, accessible, and easy to manage for any member of the team and/or interested person. For example, in Miro I can add sticky notes for the tickets, however, in Jira Work Management I can add more structured and specific information

Doesn't necessarily need to be implemented in complex projects. Regardless of field, it will help organize teams. It is very useful for the scrum team, since it has different names than the tickets depending on the focus it will have, example: spike for when it will be to study. At the first moment of using it, the software is difficult to understand, but once it is used consistently, it is very easy to implement and use on a daily basis.
