Chatfuel vs. Vainu

Chatfuel is great for a small team looking to easily implement and set up Facebook chatbots for their clients for ease of community management, etc. Chatfuel is not necessarily meant for large scale operations that require complex workflows and chatbot requirements, it is limited to Facebook Messenger and is not 100% intuitive in this regard.

Vainu is the best software I have ever used for prospecting. It offers everything that we need for sale, prospecting and leads, and indeed really cost-effective. It's really a small investment when comparing what it can bring to your business. Vainu is not indispensable If you don't have an active selling team and continuous need for new prospects.

• Easy to use without experience
• Cost vs. benefit ratio very good
• Integrations possible through API
• Conversion funnels can be created

• You save time and find right prospects as fast as possible.
• It's also easy to sort prospects by industry, revenue, digital foot print... etc.

• Setting it up is time-consuming.

• Vainu has fixed all bugs we have reported. So no, can't really say what I dislike...

I haven't dealt with the support channel, so I cannot provide a full review for this

Both offer bot service to reply to messages from Facebook. The difference is that Chatfuel gives you the option of being able to create conversion funnels or fixed conversation changes.

Connecting to our API is free from Chatfuel and integration with other providers has an additional cost.

AIVO has no option to create conversation flows if not through keywords.

Vainu contacted me 15 months ago. I had been looking for a good prospecting tool a long time before that. There wasn't any reason not to take the test! The introduction went well. We got guidance many times. Our new sales team members can still receive training from them if we want. They have been interested in our feedback.
