Chezuba vs. Workhuman

When work becomes too monotonous or in case someone is looking to divert from their regular work, taking up a project where one can volunteer with a skill they haven’t used in a while can be just the thing they need to take a break and approach their work with a new perspective. This is very refreshing indeed

It is definitely very well suited for cases like how my company uses it (which is a platform to celebrate colleagues and peers within the company, public or privately—depending on your choice). It feels good to write a review on someone I care about and want to celebrate. Maybe it would be less appropriate if the reviews were to be mandatorily public, but I don't know if that even exists.

• They personalize volunteering experiences based on employee's skills and interests. I literally could volunteer when I want and in the way I want, making the whole Corporate volunteering program more participating
• Their customer support is top notch too

• Globoforce makes the process of rewarding employees who do a great job easy for managers and leaders internationally
• Globoforce helped me write kind electronic thank-you notes that came through to their inboxes in great, simple formats
• Globoforce was great in showing clear options on what exactly I could use the eGift Card for from doing a great job on certain projects

• Their presence in Australia is relatively less compared to other regions
• We hope this can integrate with more HRMS tools in the future
• Grants module is still in nascent stages

• In my experience, current prepaid cards for cash and his platform has the worst support and compatibility for Mexico establishments and commerce hance it is limited the use for Mexico.
• I think there are too many steps to submit an award
• In my opinion, we need to refresh and offer more products and services compatible to redeem credit earn on platform

Great product and amazing customer service - we not just get the job done but they excel at what they do - no need for us to change at all

They built it keeping all users including non tech savvy guys in mind, no complains at all. Besides, their product is very customizable so makes our job even easier

The system is straightforward to use. Only a few steps need to be completed to recognize someone for their hard work or contribution. However, a couple of areas need work: 1) A way to request points for recognition. Currently there is no way to do this 2) A way to easily send a recognition to anyone in the company.

They respond within a few hours and resolve any issues within 24 hours, they are super sweet!

The company has an in-house customer support team. They can be reached by email or phone. The response time is good and I do not have anything negative to say about them. The good thing is that the hours of operation are 24/7 so one can reach them anytime with questions about reward management.

it was really smooth, no comments

• Very customer-obsessed: Their team just wants you to succeed, love them!
• Reasonable pricing: They ensured that we didn't have to break our bank to implement this, some of the competitors are extremely expensive
• High quality product: After evaluating a few products for several months, I can say with conviction that Chezuba is the best product in the space

me personally never used a different recoginition platform before using Workhuman. since i started working at my current company, Workhuman has met our company needs with its easy to use interface. strong focus on company values. it's been great fit for our culture and goals. we are excited to keep using the platform

• A chance to use my skills and expertise for the good of the community.
• Ability to engage our global workforce in volunteering, which previously felt impossible

• I do not think there is any negative impact. We had a homegrown rewards management tool. It was useful in communicating with employees.
• It was difficult to run reports in the past and we had to maintain accounts with different vendors. It was difficult as we could only work with a limited number of companies to obtain gift cards.
