A whiteboarding, videoconferencing and a second laptop display in one single device. The Cisco Desk Series delivers a collaboration experience to desks, in shared spaces, or small huddle spaces. Models include the Desk Pro, Desk, and Desk Mini. All Desk devices have advanced audio intelligence built in for distraction free meetings, a USB-C connection to pair devices wirelessly or dock a laptop.
The Cisco Desk Pro is better than Poly Studio and Neat Bar with its AI-driven video and audio enhancements, cross-platform compatibility, and integrated 4K display with whiteboarding. It doubles as a collaboration hub with USB-C laptop connectivity and strong enterprise …
As I said, we are a reseller of a wide range of Cisco products in the enterprise market. So the bread and butter product is Cisco Meraki, Cisco SD-WAN for security.
We also have Zoom softphone that we use. We also have our Cisco IP communicators, which act as just a softphone of that desk phone, but we have Zoom, and we used to have Skype for Business. So those are the ones that we've dealt with in the past. I'd rather have Cisco over the …
Small form factor, personal video experience, professional grade equipment. The Webex Control Hub does an outstanding job managing software updates and user policies for the device.
The Cisco Webex Desk Pro is a built-for-purpose device. As such, it simply works better than those systems that don't have similar, built-for-purpose devices.
Tried HP monitor AiO, Polycom device, and Logitech devices. Tried AiO monitors, and the sound was not sufficient. Tried the camera, microphone, speakers, and dock and it was very messy with too many wires, and the configuration needed a desk. Pro has a big benefit in that can …
At first, it was picked because it could work with several other conference tools. While the Room gadgets are indeed remarkable, the Webex ecosystem as a whole is still immature and could use some fine-tuning. We looked into other options, including Cisco Unified …
Zoom UI is complicated. It has many features but it is difficult to identify the what is where. It's all included in one big screen which makes it less convenient to use. Whereas in the case of the cisco webex desk pro, it's pretty simple and convenient. The immaculate loading …
Organisation decided to went ahead with Cisco Webex Desk Pro becase of these following key differences: 1.- Microphone: Advanced noise-canceling microphone array vs Built-in microphone with Logitech MeetUp. 2.- Speakers: Superior Sound system vs Built-in speakerphone with …

The Cisco Webex Room Phone has been widely used in the company where we have folks from the technical support team, resolving the technical issue for the client on the call and making them understand some features of our products as per the scheduled time and availability …
I have been using Webex Board and it simply does not fit into my room at home, where I [have mainly worked] since the pandemic. Desk Pro meets all requirements and can do the same things the Webex Board can do and more. So I don't miss a thing when I use Desk Pro.
The DX80 is no a little bit outdated. We were happy with it but needed a replacement. The Webex Desk Pro was the obvious successor. We also tried to use standard webcams with monitors. But this was hard to manage and troubleshoot. And it has a poor user experience.

Chose Cisco Desk Series
The Cisco Webex Desk Pro is an advanced collaboration device that integrates a strong artificial intelligence component through the cloud, which the DX80, for example, does not provide.
Cisco Webex Desk Pro also provides a superior audio system to the DX80 and advanced …
Actually, I heard and read about Cisco Webex DX80, but from my experience and usage of Cisco Webex Desk Pro, there is no comparison between them from my point of view especially in the features, capabilities, improvements, and enhancements that are being done with Cisco Webex …
I don't find a competitor for what Cisco Webex Desk Pro can provide to the organization and to the employee. An all in one solution like the one provided is not comparable to any other solution out in the market. We've selected Cisco Webex Desk Pro because we needed a solution …
The other advantage of the product is that you could use it as a conference system as well as a screen for your PC. So I'm working with three screens and one of these screen is the Desk Pro, so I do not need another screen. So it's saving space in my desk and it's high quality. So this is the plus function.
It gives the added function of having multiple lines we can set up called pickup groups or music on hold, so that way it best suits whatever facilities need to have. We can set that up and it works for them on different types of phones. We also have, since Covid, everyone has gone home to work from home and we have our knock who needs to reach out in case of anything. So they needed to have VPN capabilities. So our older models of the 7942s have VPN capabilities for them to be able to also work from home.
I have not had to use support yet as our use of Webex Desk Pro is so new, but all the questions that I have had have been answered with such promptness and clarity that it is clear Cisco has a passion about this device and about providing high quality in all that they do. Their support is top notch and you will never need to fear when reaching out to them.
The Cisco Desk Pro is better than Poly Studio and Neat Bar with its AI-driven video and audio enhancements, cross-platform compatibility, and integrated 4K display with whiteboarding. It doubles as a collaboration hub with USB-C laptop connectivity and strong enterprise management tools. Overall, it delivers a more complete, professional experience out of the box.
