Any work environment where more than one team member is able to address certain customer requests. We used to use Groups, but then it was confusing as to whether or not someone responded, and we needed more transparency between team members. Another example is a person emailing with a billing question. We used to reply and add the billing department's email address or forward the email to billing, but with Hiver, simply assigning it to the billing HIVER Inbox allows anyone to reply directly to the customer without the issue of either the customer or team member remembering to reply all or accidentally replying only to the team member forwarding the email.

- Professional Live Interface - One of the reasons we chose ClickMeeting was how professional it looked from the viewer's experience. Our client is very small, but the interface makes them look like a top-notch firm to viewers.
- Customization - Our client didn't have to forego their brand for a service, they were able to make it work for them. Also ties in with my point above.
- Easy Event Creation - Takes no time at all to plan/schedule an event or meeting.

- As with most new software, ClickMeeting did create a learning curve for many of the employees - thus training was necessary.
- Our company is contracted by the Federal Government, thus a lot of our information needs to be kept private. Some of our high-level management have noticed that ClickMeeting only provides 128-bit AES encryption, which we feel can be improved upon.
- Some of our remote users have found that ClickMeeting has some lag-time when using it on their android devices.

- There is currently no way to create a support ticket unless related to an email already received. It would be extremely beneficial to be able to take a call and create a support ticket within HIVER based on the call in the same manner that we can create a ticket from an inbound email.

Because the most needed functions are very effective and easy to use, there are some minor functions that might work better. The big problem is the quality of presentations because it is often lost during sharing it via ClickMeeting when they are settled in CM's memory. The minor problem is the fact that messages coming from the ClickMeeting are looking a bit like spam.

Support on technical features is overall good. Sales support is fast when it comes to upgrades or new customers, but once you are a customer, [I believe] the support is bad to non-existent. [In my experience] after-sales support is really below standard.

ClickMeeting is a wonderful tool with all the necessary features essential to make a business meeting interactive and all this in highly reasonable pricing. But the case was the opposite for Bluejeans as I haven't found it effective because of low-quality audio and video and the price was also not favorable for us.
