    I've already recommended Clickup multiple times to colleagues and continue to do so. I can't say enough good things about it. Between the automation, templates, and all the different sorts of tracking and views, there's just no way to go wrong with ClickUp. My team has been using ClickUp for well over a year now and I feel like we've barely brushed the surface of what it can do. It's really quite amazing.

    I would recommend KROCK to those in the creative industry who struggle with keeping client communication neat, missing deadlines, and spending too much time on project management rather than focusing on their result. KROCK is a good backend system for the creative process.

    • Time tracking - I can track actual time next to estimated time to evaluate efficiencies.
    • Structure - The system allows for an intuitive client, projects, and task structure so I can manage monthly engagements easily and efficiently.
    • Freelancer Access - I have the ability to add guests to specific projects, which helps me manage their time and progress through a project with ease.
    • Progress: With statuses and time tracking, I can easily see where projects are at and prioritize my workload accordingly.

    • Secondary sorting, e.g. sorting a gantt chart by start date, then by task name.

    We're very pleased with how the system works in general. For over a year we've barely ever had any problems with ClickUp and there might have only been one or two times when it wasn't operational for us due to a global emergency. Moreover, when we had a problem once with renewing our licenses we've been contacted directly by our account manager and taken care of in a very professional way (with a due refund as well). The exceptional customer service makes us firmly believe that ClickUp is just the right tool for us.

    It was easy to learn on my own. Great help functions. Just user friendly for anyone. I was able to create templates with ease.     For over a year ClickUp was unavailable to us just twice for a couple of hours. I would say for a system this big and working globally that was a minor issue. They managed to fix all the issues within a couple hours and then it was back up and running perfectly fine.

    I understand that it's a beast and does a lot of things, which is probably why it's laggy. But I do find it takes longer than I'd like to load, and if I am sending a complex document to a client or team member they aren't quite sure if they're getting the right thing at first. This is actually a pretty significant problem - my biggest beef with ClickUp.

    Support are genuinely helpful and really nice to deal with. I had a bug on my workspace that I’d been experiencing for a while. They looked into it for me and asked some questions. Once they found the issue and resolved it, they even filmed a video detailing how they’d fixed it. That level of support is fantastic.

    Using ClickUp is fairly easy. There are multiple guides on how to use all of the functions in the system. An organization wanting to start working with ClickUp should simply try it out and see how it would like to adapt its workflow to the possibilities the system gives the users.

    ClickUp's UI/UX is much better than the ones that we have tried in the past. Asana on one hand was very much a single to-do list, with limited capabilities on the free version as well. Trello we felt was rather messy, the number of cards we would potentially see if the agency tried to adopt Trello would be a nightmare.

    Scaling with ClickUp is superb. If you create a workflow best suited for your organization then it's all about creating new accounts and teaching the new employees the workflow you're using. It's that simple. There is no black magic when it comes to Clickup.

    • Increased collaboration between inside and outside employees.
    • Less communication is needed between inside and outside employees. Previously a meeting needed to be held once or twice a week. Now, emails are enough.
    • Better productivity since the tasks can be direct and easier to follow.
