CloudContactAI vs. Textmagic

CloudContactAI is a great platform for communicating with customers and sending them deals. Through CloudContactAI we inform customers about good deals, business updates, and to schedule meetings in bulk. We don't have multiple physical locations, but the clients functionality is a great feature that enables users to create different sub accounts to manage multiple store locations, departments, or clients.

TextMagic is a wonderful solution for small businesses or non-profits just adding an SMS text service to their marketing outreach program. Very easy to set up and use. Customers seem to like SMS as a method of communication. Easily lets you keep in touch with them at a very nominal cost. Immediate feedback if they respond to your text on the dashboard through chat.

I am very happy with how TextMagic is working. I don't see a reason to spend time searching for another solution when this works great at a good price. Customers have shown a good response to the text messages we have send. Very small percentage unsubscribed (but that was automated/easy).

I give CloudContactAI a 10/10 because it solves all of the issues I have on just one platform. Before I discovered CCAI, I was using multiple platforms to manage all of my communication. This started to become an issue--I had so many tabs on my browser that it began to be counterproductive. CloudContactAI simplifies communication.

It has been very easy to use TextMagic to set up. The calculator showing character count which relates to cost is easy to see and adjust. The scheduling portion is also easy to set up and edit if needed. You can see history to copy wording if you need to. I have suggested to other friends that do not have a text service.

CloudContactAI has offered their total support throughout the entire process. They helped me onboard and establish my organization. Whenever I've had a fast, simple question, I was able to consult their documentation page or chatbot on their website to find the support I needed within just a couple of minutes.

[CloudContactAI] is a lot better than other products because it offers an insightful blog to help you become a better marketer, video tutorials for every feature.

TextMagic just worked. Where Trello seemed like we needed to jump through a bunch of hoops to get it working, TextMagic was simple to set up. Everything seemed streamlined and easy to manage.
