TribeHR was acquired by Netsuite in 2013. It has since been discontinued.
The value proposition for CompAnalyst is greater than other compensation management software alternatives that we have evaluated. No other system offers the same capabilities and functionalities as the CompAnalyst platform. While some competitors offer unique features not found …
Both pro and con - no setup needed for CompAnalyst, but it also doesn't contain all my own comp data; have to build external reporting to be able to connect the two.
We evaluated greenhouse but went with net suite because we were already using some of the other NetSuite. Greenhouse seemed a bit easier to use. The others were a bit too small, didn't have the stretch to scale.

We did not previously have an HR product at our company. As stated earlier in my review, we often had to send emails back and forth with our CEO and part-time CFO to get answers regarding policies, payroll and time-off. This has eased the load for these two individuals so that …
It is a great tool to have if I need to make my business case for why we did or did not adjust a certain pay scale based on comprehensive data from CA. I can present a very strong case with real data to approve or reject a request for an adjustment or offer that is above or below our pay scale
In general, NetSuite is for a large company and works well for large global type or enterprise type companies. We were already using some NetSuite products and associated modules so it fits in well. A smaller or startup would have a more difficult time using the programs and getting the most out of them.
I would like to see additional customization options in the software's application widgets.
Some competitors offer the ability for customers to see real-time pay data from their customer base. This is a feature I would like to see in CompAnalyst.
Some user interfaces in the software still need to be updated, but the team is doing an excellent job rolling out new features and updating the tool.
I would like even more capabilities, but I think that has to do with how we are using the site.
I would like to receive email notifications once a week with a summary of activity in TribeHR, including time-off scheduled by my team and any new documents or information that has been added.
I'd like reminders if I am going to go over my time off that is allotted to carry over into the new year and other pertinent vacation, floating holiday, sick time notifications.
I gave CompAnalyst this usability rating because, in my experience, CompAnalyst has lots of information that can be analyzed by all factions of compaies
Our Professional Services Consultant and Customer Success Manager are always available to answer our questions. If I have a compensation-related question, they will find the answer for us. They take our product feedback seriously, and the team has implemented a few of our requested features in the system. Their Vice President of Product Management is always open to receiving feedback, and CompAnalyst is always reaching out to customers to demo and test new product offerings.
The value proposition for CompAnalyst is greater than other compensation management software alternatives that we have evaluated. No other system offers the same capabilities and functionalities as the CompAnalyst platform. While some competitors offer unique features not found in the tool, CompAnalyst is always evaluating new offerings to enhance the site. Additionally, we have an awesome professional services team that really rounds out the experience.

As stated earlier in my review, we often had to send emails back and forth with our CEO and part-time CFO to get answers regarding policies, payroll and time-off. This has eased the load for these two individuals so that they can focus on the business and revenue.
As I stated it has alleviated numerous back and forth emails with our CFO (who is only available PT) and CEO (who is often too busy to spend time on HR functions) - this has allowed for easy answers to basic HR questions.
It has allowed us to track all employee time-off in one place, saving us time from checking each individual Outlook calendar for scheduling purposes.
It has allowed us to direct all employees to one place for core HR documents and information, ensuring that folks are always getting the same answers to their inquiries.
