CLM is best suited for Medium to Large size corporations, in my opinion. Organizations need to be informed in order to be successful; they must have a team prepared to own and manage the CLM tool once implementation is complete. Great for B2B and B2C. Highly recommend it to those in question about purchasing for their organization.

Model N is well suited for large, global enterprises that need more global controls and consistency in the REV Mgmt processes. Model N might be "overkill" for a small, regional customer. It has many features designed for the global enterprise and some companies simply may not need this level of scale.

• You don't have to worry about different clauses. You can just create them and bundle them based on your Contract.
• Conga contracts come with great redline and true-up features which makes the negotiation process way easy.
• You can integrate it with Conga composer to generate the Contract document and also can integrate it with Conga sign to send the generated contract for signature.

• The Opportunity and Registration management module supports linkage to pricing, debiting and capturing POS to manage items progressing thru the process.

Simple and easy to use for the legal team to creates contracts in Salesforce and with the help of conga contract attaches the different clauses through the bundle and sends them for negotiation and for signature. We've successfully used Model N for many, many years. It is the heartbeat of ON Semiconductor sales operations. I said that at a Rainmaker about 10 years ago and it's still true today. We continue to upgrade as new releases are available to maximize the benefits of Model N through-out our organization.

Model N is our legacy system and none of these other companies offer products that provide the holistic business processes and economic value like Model N. It's internal modules are well-integrated and various BI tools provide excellent presentation of data, both at the analyst and executive levels.

• We really never saw a great ROI. We installed and then were left alone for many years despite many calls for help.
• We were able to get out of a spreadsheet.
• We did have an approval flow that allowed us to view where in the process each contract was, but the approval flow was also very difficult to manage and was not able to handle complex approval flows.
