Contify vs. Reputation.com

Contify offers resources to align teams for better decision making by gaining an intelligence edge by increasing workflows with clean insights and key capabilities to keep everything on the same page. It's a wonderful solution for automated market intelligence gathering making customers analyzes are less search time, a tool that provides agility and success.

I think Reputation.com is best suited for enterprise applications where you want big-picture results plus the ability to drill-down to specific locations. It is a good solution where you want to consolidate vendors as they have multiple components. Of course, certain components are more of a core competency for them than others. But in general, it's a strong solution.

Prior to Contify, we didn't have the insight that we do. With a lack of time, we were unable to collect the competitor data and updates as doing it in-house is a nightmare. If you were to manually track all information, updates, social media, etc., so much of your time would be wasted that could be spent doing other things.

Reputation.com has a better price point. Reputation has other tools that made us choose them over Binary Fountain. There is another company, although the name escapes me, that has similar services to Reputation, but they put a large focus on Yelp and Apple Maps, as opposed to Reputation who puts an emphasis on Google and Google maps.

• It is a solution that has fostered frictionless participation between teams by adding knowledge to integrate internal and external intelligence, it is a cloud platform that has offered my organization increased workflow, collaboration and productivity.
