The idea and the design are great. The visuals are appealing along with navigation. Available Metrics and reporting are great tools! The reason for the low rating is while all the items within Reputation.com are great, there are issues almost on daily basis. Functions do not work correctly, such as filtering and post boosting. The company does not provide weekend support and when there are issues, there is no proactive notification. Instead, it is usually discovered only when the user reports it. When everything works properly, it is a great tool.
