Likelihood to Recommend DealHub is great for making quick quotes on the fly and allows for the ability to draft proposals before going through a deeper internal review process. I love how DealHub auto-updates Salesforce as well, so I don't have to go back and update areas on the opportunity record twice. DealHub also reduces error significantly since it intelligently knows our products and the differentiators that have been set up by our admins.
Read full review If you have a small to medium sized business Stripe is most likely the perfect solution for you. It will automate almost all of your billing, freeing up your time to be used elsewhere. If you have a large business I would recommend getting in touch with the Stripe customer support team first to ensure it will be a good fit for you.
Read full review Pros DealHub efficiently tabulates all the pricing into one clean document. DealHub allows us to submit for approvals quickly and efficiently, without having to send an email. I know very easily what my Term and Discount thresholds are, so I can move quickly. DealHub syncs automatically with our Salesforce instance, reducing any duplicative areas that need to be updated. Read full review Stripe attempts to bill clients multiple times, so if the initial attempt to collect payment fails, they keep trying. Often payment is collected on the 2nd or 3rd try. This ability to re-try billing attempts with the same user on a monthly basis increases the overall amount we collect in payments. It is easy to search for customers using Stripe- type in the first few letters of the subscriber's name and they immediately appear. It's a simple feature, but very useful when fielding customer service calls. Stripe does make it easy to create new coupon codes or issue partial or total refunds. Read full review Cons Nothing too specific here since this is the first CPQ tool I've used; maybe the training around how the actual DealRoom presents to a customer would have been helpful, but I operate more in an old-school way and like to send my contracts directly to the people I'm working with via email or DocuSign... the whole DealRoom thing scares me a little. Read full review Dashboard gives too much info for dept. use, may vary for others. Be able to export multiple invoices as a PDF at once. Getting to the invoices can be tricky if you have to click on multiple links. Read full review Usability It's still a bit complex in areas, and I'd love to see more robust documentation, but the support team is awesome in helping us work through anything I might get tripped up on.
Read full review Support Rating I personally haven't had to reach out directly to the DealHub team, but they did a great job enabling our director of RevOps, who is basically our one-stop shop for all DealHub related questions. We've never had a question (in my experience) that needed to be raised to the actual DH support team.
Read full review I have had no problems with Stripe support, they are prompt and it does not crash like other platforms or software. They are also great about notifying if maintenance is needed. Since the interface is so easy to use, I haven’t had to contact support that much, versus other platforms, it can be hard to be aware of certain features.
Read full review Alternatives Considered We had the basic quoting functionality within Salesforce but were quickly outgrowing that as our deals grew in size, structure and complexity. The primary competitor we evaluated against Valooto was SteelBrick and we chose Valooto due to the promised faster implementation, lower cost and it being a more streamlined solution.
Read full review Our previous product was Cloudnet360, which provides an integrated shopping cart and CRM. With Cloudnet, our customers had to leave our site and go to an outside checkout page in order to purchase. In addition, Stripe provides a robust API which allows us to automate more of the work of maintaining a subscription service.
Read full review Return on Investment allows reps to sell more, quoting is less time consuming with DealHub.io reporting revenue bookings is done in Salesforce now, instead of excel files Read full review By managing our e-commerce, Stripe makes it easy to have a subscription business, so it automates the whole thing. ROI would be much higher with better analytics -- having to create reports and segment customers manually is a pain and definitely eats into the ROI of the product I would also like to see more AI applied to the reporting and data for better insights Read full review ScreenShots
