Demandforce vs. Phonexa

We use Demandforce to reach out to 'old' customers. If they have not had an invoice generated in X number of days/weeks/months/years, we can create a custom campaign via email/text to reach out to them and attempt to re-engage with those customers to generate new 'existing business' or entirely new leads for our Sales team to run.

This is an all-inclusive lead management system and has the features to satisfy a multitude of businesses. The system helps spot data trends within minutes and gives managers and business owners the best analytical tools I've ever seen to date. It's best if you're looking to find ways to optimize and explore opportunities. It's also easily integrated and there's always a support team that's readily available to help you.

• Aesthetics has been updated in last few months for organization and is easier to see: colors, grid lines on front page, and font style.
• Allowing our office to include specific items in reminder appointment emails allows personalization to make confirming appointments easier.
• Allowing patients to write reviews allows us to know what the office is doing well and what we can improve on.

• Trouble shoots any technical issues that you may come in contact with.
• Has made it user friendly for even those who are not too computer savvy.
• Reporting feature has multiple view options dependent on what you're looking for.

• Flexibility in Design!
• Overall Look & Feel of Templates (look at what Squarespace is doing, it is possible!)
• Usability (it's a bit clunky)

• Adding a how to guide for all the hundreds of features it has.

We are constantly being contacted by comparable organizations. If Mindbody Online integrated a feature like Demandforce, we'd move over there to keep everything in one platform.

I do not have any alternative products to compare this service too. It was in place when I came aboard this company and I have no say in its continuation or replacement. As from what I can gather, there are many alternatives to this platform, but Demandforce is the only one I am aware of that runs in your system tray and is passively ran in conjunction with your accounting database.

We had a normal kind of landline phone before this, and it was SUCH a hassle to use. It was not easy and kinda outdated.

• It's taken a lot of the reporting and guesswork out of the equation. That has saved us a lot of money.
