DeskTime vs. OrangeHRM

When we made the decision to go cloud based and send our employees home to work remotely we needed something that would help us and them manage their time and keep everyone on track. Desktime makes the team more aware of how they are spending their time both individually and as a team. It allows them to see and track what makes them most productive and what times of the day they are most engaged. Keeps projects on track.

According to me, OrangeHRM is best suited for small to medium-sized organizations for [the] management of their employee's records and attendance/leave management. Also, [the] applicant tracking system is [a] very useful feature of this application. OrangeHRM needs to add more features in order to cater requirements of a large-scale organization. Payroll management, learning management, and grievance handling features should be added or improved.

Bamboo HR is not as advance as OrangeHRM. Its more like self explanatory. Its very easy to use aswell.
