The worxogo Nudge Coach (the way we have looked at it) seems suitable for almost all sales and service related scenarios across industries. However we feel there could be integrations or applicability which may need to be tweaked or created to adapt to new / old enterprise software. We believe it may have challenges to monitor and nudge folks in highly mobile situations (delivery folks, drivers, etc.)

  • The UI can still be improved even though it has improved significantly over the last one year
  • Offline version where internet connectivity is suspect or poor like in rural India could help
