Workday Workforce Management is very well suited for enterprise and larger medium sized business. If you want to have clear and consistent payroll, easy to navigate tool and the ability to add customizations as necessary I highly recommend this tool. For a smaller business less so, but dependent on the case.

  • The tasks function is somewhat clunky, and its hard to see who the task is sent to next in order to follow up with them.
  • In-process referrals don't always show up in the "My Referrals" tab
  • Filters on tasks don't always work.

I do find the navigation and the UI a bit cumbersome and unfortunately, we don't have a good place to get support internally with any sort ease or response time leaving one to have to fend for themselves and just keep poking around. Once you find what you're looking for it works great.
