Email Elastic is best suited in cases when we need to send bulk emails and campaigns. It provides features such as scheduling campaigns and automating fast delivery of emails; the trial version also provides many features that can be used by a new user. Email Elastic is less suited for small companies with a smaller number of clients or contacts.

It is great for companies or people that are using software that is mainstream and would like to extend the capability of that software with added features.
Also great for companies that use more than 1 software and need to have them interact with each other to make them more efficient

If you have processes that are now managed and controlled using a spreadsheet, Zapier will give you a lot more control over what is happening and will help you increase productivity by eliminating simple steps such as sending emails and sharing information with your colleagues. It frees time for very transactional activities.

Ease of use - multiple people in the organization can set up and run Zaps per their specific use cases without much training.
Connectivity - Zapier is able to connect to multiple applications we use on a regular basis.
Functionality - Zapier provides embedded functionality within the app itself (email, data conversion), but also appropriate triggers and actions for apps it connects to.
Versatile - Zapier can execute complicated and simple tasks and thus has many use cases.

I wish they didn't have such a strict requirement regarding their "opt out" links in emails. I totally understand why they do this, but there are use cases, such as one to one personal emails between individuals, where this is annoying. However, it's something I'm willing to live with for the greater good.

I really enjoy using Pabbly, it is fast, pretty simple, has lot of connections and support has been fairly helpful. I would give it just a higher rating if it came with a faster live chat and more templates for non techies like myself but overall has been reliable, usable with no bugs, and helpful to connect tasks especially any google sheet/doc/form etc task

The interface is very user-friendly, and there are also many tools to help a brand-new user get started. For example, you can put your Zap idea into the AI bot, and it will basically build a shell of your Zap to get started on. The format for each step within a Zap is also very helpful (set up the connection/app, set up the fields/details, then test).

I have not had any issues with Elastic Email that have required reaching out to support, so I can't speak to the quality of their customer support. The help documents were well written and presented, though, and I would imagine that anyone with issues would receive satisfactory assistance in a timely manner.

Before we purchased Zapier, I contacted support and asked them if Zapier could support my intended workflow (this is actually a selection on their support form - awesome). Within 2 hours, I was contacted by a support team member who seemed sure it would work, but granted me premium access for 2 weeks to try it out for myself. Sure enough, it did! Ever since then, support has replied rapidly to any problems I have experienced and answered my questions within a few sentences.

Email elastic is a cost-effective, fast, and reliable platform for sending bulk emails and promoting campaigns, it provides good features even for the new user, while Blaze Verify pricing is a bit high, and a new user would not be able to access all the features. Hence clearly, Elastic email leads the position when compared to Blaze Verify.

I think Integrately has a superior UX, it is a little easier and less techy to use, but doesn't have the amount of integrations that Pabbly has. So far, a lot more softwares offer Pabbly connection than Integratly and that is really the deciding factor

We actually utilize both Integromat and Zapier at our company, for all the reasons detailed in this review. Though Zapier is excellent for simple client integrations, we often run into internal use cases that require complexity that Zapier cannot provide. Specifically working with API calls (not just webhooks), complex multi-step integrations with Routing/parsing/etc, and large volume integrations. Integromat is perfect for these use cases, but doesn’t provide the simplicity and account scalability that Zapier offers.
