They have a free trial. Took 5 minutes for me to set up my own pages in the system. So if you are considering it, give it a try and see if it works for you.

The cost, the fact that it is SaaS and is easy to deploy, the user-friendly interface. Basically, no vendor offers anything similar.
Chose ELMA365
ELMA365 uses BPMN notation which was lacking in the previous system. We also have a positive experience of working with technical support when we need it
Chose ELMA365
We also tried the Neaktor system, but we prefered ELMA365 because of its user-friendly UI and more convenient and intuitive business process designer.

When it comes to workflow, you want something reliable. Something that covers all the bases. You don't get that with a lot of platforms because they want to be the "heart of the <insert name here> industry." Integrify is like a little blob of playdough. It is its own creature, …
Chose Integrify
I think Integrify was a good product for its cost. The only thing it really lacked was project management capabilities. It was difficult for our manager to go into the dashboard and see what work his employees were working on, who has what, and how long they have had certain …

Chose Oracle BPM Suite
The competition for Oracle BPM Suite is far ahead. With a more modern user-interface, very well thought out usability, integration with virtually everything, any new tool for business processes will be better. The biggest difference is, in my opinion, being able to target the …

We evaluated Bonita and found that it might fit a smaller-sized company better; we found that Oracle BPM Suite scaled much more evenly. We almost went with one of the competitors, but in the end chose Oracle BPM Suite after we factored in the cost of VMware licensing. There are …

IBM's Rational RequistePro was considered as an alternative but due to the client's good experience with existing Oracle services, BPM Suite was finally decided upon.

The presentation of the diagrams that the tool can generate is ostentatious and very striking. If you are going to work with Oracle database, the tool allows you great integration capabilities. Bizagi is a very good alternative, although in simulation and in final results …

It is great as a way to move from a manual paper process to something digital and more streamlined. There is a learning curve for users when it comes to developing a proper form and following/tracking the flow of information. Overall it is a great move, just be ready for some resistance.

Oracle BPM is part of [the] Middleware SOA suite. Hence Oracle BPM can be directly installed with Oracle WebLogic. Oracle BPM comes with [a] standard out of the box portal. Recently Oracle has introduced another Web based portal to design processes. Standard Oracle BPM workflows can be created using the Jdeveloper. Deploying BPM apps are easy to deploy over Weblogic. All features with Weblogic can be utilized with Oracle BPM. Oracle BPM is [a] standard Middleware product and can make excellent front end applications.

Pros
  • It is a great deal in terms of price-quality ratio. We have the option to promptly create applications without detailed formalization of requirements.
  • With Typescript scenarios, the system is rather flexible and provides tools to implement complicated business logic.
  • They have very client-oriented support. Every time we face a problem they are ready to help.
  • Easy to start using the system for both analysts and users.

  • Easy to develop an intake form.
  • Workflow diagram is simple to follow and make adjustments to.
  • Dashboard is helpful in identifying bottlenecks in the process.

  • It can easily integrate with other Oracle products and even 3rd party software via adapters
  • It scales quite well and can handle the biggest enterprise level solutions we throw at it
  • The ability to use previous requirements as templates is invaluable

Cons
  • no request is missed
  • you can see the approval status at any moment
  • you only need your browser in order to work
Read full review
  • It's complicated. No, really. When you log in, you won't know much about what you're doing and you may only get about 10% of what the program is capable of. This is not a good thing as some will just give up before delving further into the program. If it is too complicated at the outset for someone who doesn't understand forms or how these kinds of programs work, you will not gain new clients unless you are there the moment they create an account. You can have someone reach out, but - in my experience - the decision to continue with a program or write it off is in the first ten minutes.
  • When I first looked at it, printing larger flows was an issue. They have since addressed this, so the point of mentioning this is that (while they eventually looked back at the bigger picture) looking at large and small views would have been helpful.
  • The people I consulted had issues with Javascript. There were ways to get around it, but these people did not have the time to spend on that and asked me to find another solution.

  • Extremely complicated to work with. The WYSIWYG is of no help either since it very buggy and poorly designed. If you are a business or functional user, you will have a hard time using the application.
  • The Oracle's "Using" and "Implementing" guides are nearly useless with no examples and case studies and there is no documentation available to learn or understand the process.
  • Very few skilled developers are available in market who really understand how to implement Oracle BPM suite.

In many scenarios it should have provided more features. It took a lot of effort while debugging, making it difficult to maintain.

When it comes to workflow, you want something reliable. Something that covers all the bases. You don't get that with a lot of platforms because they want to be the "heart of the <insert name here> industry." Integrify is like a little blob of playdough. It is its own creature, sitting there in the middle, just malleable enough for you to stretch it to whichever department you want without it breaking. If you handle it badly, it will break and not work. But if you treat it right, and work with it, then it can become virtually anything for you.

All are fairly similar in capabilities, but the Oracle BPM Suite has good support for BPMN 2.0, integrates well with open standards and has an excellent design/development platform when compared to the other BPM vendors. The Oracle BPM Suite integrates well with the complimentary Oracle Fusion Middleware products that typically accompany a BPM implementation, making it a part of an overall well integrated solution set. Oracle BPM also has very good monitoring, reporting and analytics support built-in.

  • For the people I consulted - it helped them put more into the personal aspects of the business. While certain processes ran, they could keep an eye on the data, but were otherwise free to focus on the important aspects of the business. They were a marketing group. Their copywriter was able to be a copywriter instead of just filling out forms all day!
  • It's adaptable. You can cross-pollinate any department with it, provided you know what you are doing. So, you are not getting a program for HR, and another for Marketing. Integrify can span the whole business. You can cut costs in focusing on one workflow product rather than a handful.
  • It did have one negative impact on the place I consulted. Their tech-savvy person left in early 2019, and nobody else was able to use the program. Nor did they want to try when opening it up and trying to understand it. I was able to help out, but ultimately they were discouraged. I would recommend training multiple people if you use this product, and emphasize their support team!

  • When we moved to Oracle BPM many years ago, it was a huge uplift for our business processes because we didn't have any tool to model flows except Outlook and Excel.
  • We established and streamlined the manufacturing workflows that were needed with the growth of the business.
  • We discovered after a while that the ROI was not great since along with the cost of the tools, we had to account the cost of development from the software team too. It took a lot of time to deliver our first automations due to the big learning curve needed for Oracle BPM.
