LawLogix Guardian is well suited for companies who want or need to keep digital I-9 records in a safe and convenient place. LawLogix Guardian also keeps you up to date on all compliance practices for the country or state that you're in, ensuring that you stay compliant to the best of your abilities. One scenario where LawLogix falters is a very specific scenario of hiring minors without a Driver's License. In certain states, items such as report cards can be used in lieu of certain identifying documents. However, there is no accommodation for that in the current I-9 form.

Harver is a unique and efficient talent matching platform, this platform helps HR departments to easily identify the best talent for our open positions. Harver is easy to use and set up, has a solid user interface, with great integrations (quite limited, but good), plus it provides a pleasant experience for job seekers, making it easy for them to find the right job.

TestGorilla is best used if you want to screen the people that are applying for positions within your company. We have found that we are able to weed people out of the process due to the amazing screening that TestGorilla does for us on the front-end. We love the assessments it makes the candidates take! I would like to see it integrate more with some of our current systems thought. We use Rippling currently for employee management/payroll and would love to see it integrate there

Gusto is great but Equifax Workforce Solutions really helps us manage payroll, HR, benefits, and other employee needs much more seamlessly. We are so glad we made the transition to this platform as it helps keep us organized even more for all of our employee needs! It's been a great decision

It is inexpensive, I don't have to spend so much for hiring a candidate. It is user-friendly and you will know how exactly how it is done. It is satisfactory accuracy with regard to candidates' accuracy of answers. Lastly, Integration into our process was easy enough, like no other.
