LawLogix Guardian is well suited for companies who want or need to keep digital I-9 records in a safe and convenient place. LawLogix Guardian also keeps you up to date on all compliance practices for the country or state that you're in, ensuring that you stay compliant to the best of your abilities. One scenario where LawLogix falters is a very specific scenario of hiring minors without a Driver's License. In certain states, items such as report cards can be used in lieu of certain identifying documents. However, there is no accommodation for that in the current I-9 form.

This is pretty much perfect if you are in a situation like us i.e, want to improve/replace your phone screening and ensure your clients only interview good candidates. It also works great for pretty much any role you might be hiring for since the video interview part happens early in the process. The only scenario where this might not be used in your recruitment process is if you hire a few people throughout the year. In that case, it probably doesn't make sense.

• Keep administration aware of entries with immediate email reminders that an entry has been made on an employee.

• I feel like their live video interview should be easier to set up. Right now it takes a few clicks to get it set up. There should just be an option to immediately do a live interview without the scheduling bit.
• We would like to be able to download our video interviews but I am told that is a GDPR/compliance thing they cannot do.

Gusto is great but Equifax Workforce Solutions really helps us manage payroll, HR, benefits, and other employee needs much more seamlessly. We are so glad we made the transition to this platform as it helps keep us organized even more for all of our employee needs! It's been a great decision

I have used Spark Hire in my previous organization which is an alternate software for Jobma, but Spark Hire pricing is very expensive when compared to Jobma. So I would recommend always Jobma for its features and affordable pricing.

• It has helped us digitize our I-9s, including for employees that have been with us for a long time.
• It helps us ensure compliance to the best of our abilities in case of any audits.
• It helps us find record in an organized fashion.
• It helps us verify employment at the beginning of a new hire's employment to avoid any issues down the line.

• Integration of Jobma into hiring tool kit has significantly reduces the interview rounds and time and fast-forward the complete interview process.
• It provides easy to easy dashboard and make it convenient for the hiring managers to track personal and team performances of recruiters that makes hiring more effective and objective driven.
