LawLogix Guardian is well suited for companies who want or need to keep digital I-9 records in a safe and convenient place. LawLogix Guardian also keeps you up to date on all compliance practices for the country or state that you're in, ensuring that you stay compliant to the best of your abilities. One scenario where LawLogix falters is a very specific scenario of hiring minors without a Driver's License. In certain states, items such as report cards can be used in lieu of certain identifying documents. However, there is no accommodation for that in the current I-9 form.

It is best suited for companies that want their HR function streamlined and automated. It's also suited for companies that want their employees to engage more and collaborate on the same platform.

• Vibe HCM is highly configurable. That flexibility is extremely useful.
• The portal pages create a friendly user experience that aids in adoption.
• Vibe takes action on change requests and enhancements quickly.

It works just as advertised! Not always the case with solutions. Flexible and configurable!

Gusto is great but Equifax Workforce Solutions really helps us manage payroll, HR, benefits, and other employee needs much more seamlessly. We are so glad we made the transition to this platform as it helps keep us organized even more for all of our employee needs! It's been a great decision

We selected Vibe HCM about 2 1/2 years ago because they approached communication and the interaction between the employer and the employee so differently. It was a combination of connection and transaction. You have a system that meets the business need and functionality but that connects with your employee in such a fresh non-corporate way. It's not just about automating a process but building an environment that surrounds those daily business transactions that looks and feels how we interact on the web and social media. It totally transforms not only the user experience but the employers as well. It makes us think a little bit more about the touch points we have with our employees and how we want those to look/feel and resonate.

• It has helped us digitize our I-9s, including for employees that have been with us for a long time.
• It helps us ensure compliance to the best of our abilities in case of any audits.
• It helps us find record in an organized fashion.
• It helps us verify employment at the beginning of a new hire's employment to avoid any issues down the line.
