essensys vs. Roomzilla

Great platform for a flexible office space company. However, as our company continues to grow, it may be interesting to see how scalable the platform is with the growth. Right now, each account is managed separately and we really should be able to consolidate that much more effectively.

great for recurring meetings on a weekly basis when we don't have to schedule it every week - automatic feature is great. ALso like how it describves the different features each room has with photo. Filters for choosing words is great too as we can see what tech is available in each room

• Internet access: most reliable within this space for us.
• Management of members when onboarding or offboarding, easy to add or remove users.
• High level of security: This is something that many of our members require.

• Shows how many seats the room accommodates, what AV equipment it has, and a picture.
• Allows you to check in or end the meeting early.
• Suggests conference rooms for particular times, based on what's already been booked.
• Can integrate with Google Calendar.

• Integrations: I wish that there were more integrations with other business software.
• Invoicing: The company often does not send invoices in time and we are forced to contact them.
• Auditing: Would be great if we could get a consolidated audit report across all locations instead of one per account.

• I don't like that you can't reserve a room with only one participant. Sometimes we require the room to make a remote call/meeting and it's only one participant, so that should be taken into account.

Very easy to use, I have it pinned on my Chrome bar, it remembers you, so you can just log straight in, book and all is done! It is perfect. The text is perfect, the colours are great, it is easy to read, flows nicely and you can book instantly

It's easier to preview the room availability and co-coordinate between users from different organizations. It synchronises with tablets in each room allowing to confirm, schedule or cancel the meeting directly from the meeting room. Also allows to add multiple users and manage them from organisation level of different companies. Totally recommend.

• It has made our meetings more seamless since we don't have to spend time walking around looking for available space.
• I use it to schedule about 15 personal meetings/week.
