EventPilot was well suited for what we used it for.

Meetin.gs is a great way to keep organized with its CRM features that is really helpful as serving as a “one stop shop”. It can help you keep in contact with your leads to ensure follow ups are being conducted.

On the flip side, some contacts do not like committing to exact times to follow up or for meetings so you have to find a happy medium of what works for you.

They both are very knowledgeable of the platform and if I were to recommend EventPilot to another association I would explicitly mention the great support I received.
