This is a great way to keep your meetings organized and enhance customer interaction. The problem typically is getting a customer back on the phone after an initial call. Meetin.gs helps solve that with an interactive meeting interface. In our specific use case, a deal can range from $1,000 - $10,000 each that is on the table waiting to be signed. Meetin.gs helps bridge the gap in communication and helps keep both sides organized to close more deals.

Meetin.gs has great potential for sure. I feel they do a better job of bringing in customer CRM info to weave it in with meetings. There needs to be more automations and deeper functionality in order to compete with the larger competitors in their space. If they were able to incorporate SMS more into their system then I think that would go a long way.

Meetin.gs is a great way to keep organized with its CRM features that is really helpful as serving as a “one stop shop”. It can help you keep in contact with your leads to ensure follow ups are being conducted.
On the flip side, some contacts do not like committing to exact times to follow up or for meetings so you have to find a happy medium of what works for you.
