By using Factors.AI, we identified some automobile giants who have landed on our site and are checking our products and services, by doing our research on LinkedIn and identifying the right decision maker, we were able to set up a high level meeting and convert them into an opportunity. Opensend is a very trusted data partner that identifies anonymous visitors to your site so that you can re-engage them. We were unaware just how much untapped revenue was just sitting on our site with our current site's traffic and it was extremely eye opening for us. Since installation we have added over 69k emails to our list and generated over $200k in revenue, all with this simple set-it-and-forget-it tool.

• Implementation was incredibly easy, and their team did most of the work for us.
• Team is very communicative and always willing to jump on a call to help with questions.
• The team is also very knowledgeable and listens to my concerns while offering great suggestions.
• The team is not overly pushy to add additional features.

• The speed/delivery of the platform can improve.

• Their algorithm for profile engagement could be improved. Sometimes the overall engagement of profiles sent from Opensend is rather low (to be expected). They've been great about resolving that problem, so it's really a non-issue.

Its too much of jumping of tabs in the UI. This can be made better. I see other tools have mastered this and have all the identification under a single screen instead of navigating between tabs. We could also iprove the traditional UI/UX interface and mix and match good colours to make the interface more appealing. Right now it feel a little traditional

Super easy to use and implement, great customer support, the quality of the emails that Opensend provides is much higher than that of their competitors, which helps with deliverability and revenue. IT also makes sure that we aren't sending emails to unengaged users. I've tried all of the platforms of this kind, and Opensend is the best one!

The best part about Factors.AI compared to these other tools is that the intent identification is just another module in all other tools where as the identification part if the core business of Factors.AI, it does this perfecly well and accurately identifies companies that are visiting our site and have a decent buying intent. So i highly recommend Factors.AI for this feature.

I've selected Opensend between others because they're unique in their own dashboard and also the ways of identifying potential leads. It helps us clarify how big of an audience we have and also the content we're consistently posting/promoting. It's really good overall
