NFT Reality is a perfect tool for remote and hybrid organizations, that are looking for moder tool for engage and reward employees. For Slack users it is must-have app for the team. On the other hand without Slack the app can not be used by the company as it is app dedicated to Slack organizaitons.

In general, the information is very specific and very helpful. How, performance evaluations, sending and receiving [feedback,] personal development plans, and goal management. However, it leaves something to be desired in the synchronization of these activities and in the automatic sending of information to all employees in a practical way.

• It would be great to have an inner messenger on the platform.
• Sometimes the calendar does not synchronize, so it would be interesting to see that functionality further developed.
• Perhaps it could be beneficial to have some tool that would provide weekly insights.

The NFT Reality is easy to use, this is the only toold that allow users to mint NFTs and transfer them to colleagues in the team. Moreover it is very cheap app per user. The app has very positive impact on comapny morals and loyalty. Fully recommend this app as a kudos software.

I didn't make any use related to Qulture.Rocks, I just use this product, I recently evaluated the usability of Playvox, as well as Qulture.Rocks is used in the organization where I work serving our users. These tools greatly assist in individual performance, so that we can achieve quality in our service.
