FloristWare vs. Perfect Audience (discontinued)

FloristWare is well suited for every aspect of the florist business and is adaptable to any size florist company.

I would recommend Perfect Audience to anyone who wants to use a 3rd party to scale up. I find the audience builder pretty terrible in Google AdWords so I was looking for something a bit easier to use and this fit the bill easily.

• The reporting tool is powerful - provided the product categories and sales accounts have been well thought through. The fixed reports have been intuitively created; but the export feature makes them even more powerful, so as to be tailor made for the individual business.
• The marketing tools campaign builders, fundraisers, advertising analyzers, etc. are effective and have brought us business we would otherwise not have seen, and saved us money we would otherwise have thrown at the wrong advertisers. Customer data can be pulled and sorted in a multitude of ways, depending on the purpose. We use the marketing tools routinely.
• The financial tools make my life easier. Need to file and pay sales tax? A Sales Report Summary for any date range instantly gives gross sales, taxable sales, sales tax due. Need a current inventory report? A push-button report is generated, by product category. Need to know how this month's sales compare to the same month last year? Not a problem.

• Great to up your inbound marketing game
• The bulk uploading feature is great and makes it easy to upload numerous ad campaigns
• Can customize each ad easily

• I would like to see the ability to save work and continue later (as in pause order entering).
• I would like to see in the future a more advanced routing module.

• Constantly left Googling how to do things because the system is sometimes confusing
• Weak native reporting
• Landing page editor needs work

I give FloristWare a rating of 10 for usability because I have never had an ounce if difficulty with any of its functions or features.

The bulk uploading feature is certainly my preferred feature of Perfect Audience. This tool has made creating new ad campaigns quick and easy. I used to have to upload facebook then Instagram then another social media page and instead I upload everything all at once and it certainly makes it easier for all of us.

Support is outstanding, Mark wouldn't allow anything less!

The support team could be a little more useful. After our implementation calls and getting everything setup, we did feel that they were not as responsive and I did find myself googling solutions to things that the support team could have helped us with.

I have never felt the need to seek out an alternative to Floristware.

I have used Google Ads which has a difficult interface to use as well as Ad Roll. Perfect Audience beats them both in functionality and usability.

• Has kept us on top of account billing, so positive

• The convenience of Perfect Audience has made things smoother for us. This convenience means less time spent managing ads and more time focusing on running our business.
• Re-marketing features have been superior to AdWords.
